Launch: Finding Your (Job) Fit Workshop Series

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to walk alongside many gifted professionals as they’ve crafted a niche that made a difference in their careers. Together, we worked to help them find positions that met their needs, brought out their best skills, aligned with their values, and helped them achieve their dreams. These were some of the most rewarding roles and relationships I’ve found professionally.

Recently, I’ve talked to many more people about the challenges that they find in their current positions. They talked about the disconnect between their priorities and those of their leadership teams. They lamented their inability to showcase the skills that they thought made them most special. They felt lost in the shuffle of companies that prioritized earnings over their people.

Most importantly, these people talked about wanting to make a change. They weren’t sure what steps to take or how to avoid ending up in the same situation again – but they knew that they wanted to take steps forward. They saw the light.

I saw the light, too. I saw the opportunity to reach more professionals who are trying to find their fit at work. I’ve helped professionals through this in a one-on-one setting for years, and I love finding ways to turn one-off solutions into systematic approaches.

Just like that, the Finding your (Job) FIT Workshop Series was born. It helps professionals who are ready to get rid of the discomfort, distraction, and limitations of a job or organization that doesn’t fit them any more.

Together with my amazing co-presenting partner, Visda Carson of Peak to Peak Advising, I developed the three-part series:

  • Figuring Out Your Current Situation (September 19, 2017)
  • Improving Your Current Situation (September 26, 2017)
  • Taking Charge of Your Future (October 3, 2017)

We’re committed to making a difference in the lives of people who are ready for more at work.

Find out more about the workshops and sign up here. Invite your friends, too. We have a limited number of seats for this in-person launch in Boulder. Get yours before they fill up!
